I. General conditions

I.1. Shaker ADV Ltd. is incorporated under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office and registered address 6 Rogoshko Shose Str., Plovdiv, UIC under BULSTAT 115691261.

I.2. Shaker ADV Ltd guarantees that it has the rights to import and distribute the products offered on the website https://shakeradv.com.

I.3. www.shakeradv.com is an e-commerce website that sells only the goods published therein.

I.4. The sale and purchase of single units is only possible in the OUTLET category.

I.5.The prices quoted on the site are in Bulgarian leva, do not include VAT and branding.

I.6. The quoted prices do not include the delivery, unless the conditions specified below are personalized. The shipping cost is calculated additionally according to the possible packaging of the requested items.

I.7. The prices shown on the site refer to the order above the relevant minimum quantity for the brands represented.

I.8. These minimum quantities do not apply to items in the outlet section of the site.

I.9. Samples are paid. The prices of the samples are deducted upon a subsequent order or their value is restored after the samples are returned.

I.10. Registration is required to use the site's accumulation and rebate system.

I.11. The use of information and services from this site and the registration of an order through it is considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions set out herein.

I.12. Shaker ADV Ltd. has the right to change the prices of the offered goods and services at its own discretion without prior notice. The consumer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the request and confirmation of the desired product or service.

I.13. Any order made on-line from a client's account and confirmed by Shaker ADV Ltd. shall be considered as such and shall be subject to the corresponding amounts indicated in the order.

I.14. The order confirmation is made within the business day or the next business day if it is made after 16:00. If the order is placed on a non-business day, the confirmation shall be made on the first following business day.

I.15. The order becomes valid only after its confirmation by the servicing office.

I.16. Shaker ADV is obliged to inform its customers as soon as possible of any change in commodity quantities not covered by the system of the site for reasons beyond the seller's control.

I.17. Upon direct delivery to a customer's address from a warehouse in Central Europe, the Client accepts that Shaker ADV Ltd. owes no compensation for any inaccuracies in the delivered items.

 

 II. Rights and obligations of the parties

 

 II.1. Shaker ADV Ltd. undertakes:

II.1.1. To ensure that the information provided by the Client will not be used for any purpose other than billing, tracking and delivery of Client's orders.

II.1.2. To confirm the availability of the ordered items or to cancel the order within the period specified in the Terms of the site.

II.1.3. To deliver within the period specified in the acknowledgment of delivery and payment of goods, the goods or services requested for purchase.

 II.1.4. Ensure that all products are factory new and sealed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated when presenting the product on the site, when repackaging to optimize shipping costs, or when ordering not in accordance with the manufacturer's packaging.

II.1.5. Make sure that the information in the store is always kept as accurate and up-to-date as possible;

II.1.6 Not to provide data from client profiles to which it is accessible to third parties or organizations, unless requested by the legal authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria.

 

II.2. The Client undertakes:

II.2.1. Provide registration information to a legal or natural person required to prepare payment documents.

II.2.2. To pay the price of his Order according to the methods announced on the Site;

II.2.3. Provide correct information necessary for the delivery of the items requested.

 

 II.3. Shaker ADV Rights:

II.3.1. Shaker ADV shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inaccuracy of these materials and content, which are not explicitly commented on in the order;

II.3.2. Guarantee the stocks in stock on the date of receipt of the order, but not on the date of receipt of payment, if there is a delay in such;

II.3.3. There is no obligation or objective ability to control the way you use it
